Unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, discourtious. And the hospital cafe is filthy with flies everywhere, including on the food.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! They are completely unprofessional, nobody has any idea what they're doing, there's no communication between staff, and they DO NOT care about the patients. I was told I have 2 very large tumors that could be cancerous, and the doctor (Dr. Turner) was laughing about how large my tumors are while I had just found out I need surgery and may have cancer! They refused to work out a payment plan or help in any way financially. I was told I have to pay them thousands of dollars up front before they'll ... read more

Recent ER visit did not go very well and I feel that too much of the information recorded in my patient portal was either wrong or taken out of context in regards to what actually happened. Definite communication issue with a nurse who seemed distracted and was not paying much attention. I've used this facility for years, but after this last visit I'm not sure I feel too good about going there again. Big shout out to Dr. Sharkey!! I forgot to call for some results like they told me to do, thought i would have to wait till monday to find out if my son needed an antibiotic, but he just called me! At 6:30pm, big relief! Thank you!!
Great patient care. Very caring, compassionate, went above and beyond for the family as well as the patient.
This place is usually really awesome. However today we had to deal with a horrible nurse. Nurse Harris was ridiculous! More concerned with my cell phone than my husbands numbness on his right side.... If someone treats you like that ask for a PATIENT ADVOCATE OR ER SUPERVISOR!!!!
