I need someone from Rusk Management (not Jill M. as she does NOT return phone called) to call me ASAP, as Kay has lost over 25 lbs since being released from this wonderful hospital. RecommendedNice place the people that work here know what they are doing . Only change they need is to remodel so there are bath rooms in the rooms
RecommendedAug 7,2020 I had a mitral valve replacement surgery.Open heart my doctor Dr.Phillips did an amazing job. The staff (all of them) were above amazing, kind caring. The surgery was on friday and I was able to come home thursday. On the day of the surgery I was so terrified but the pre-OP staff did everything possible to reassure me . And although I remember very little about the people in ICU except that they had the kindest eyes and calming voices. OHI is amazing i am so glad my husband and I chose them. Thank you OHI

Worst care ever in their emergency room. Waited for 5 hours before being seen even though I was in extreme pain and was ready to pass out. Once seen the doctor spent 5 minutes with me before saying "I will order a good narcotic". No X-rays were taken. I was just given two prescriptions, one of which was not covered by my insurance and was over $200 (I did not fill it). I will NEVER go to this this emergency room again.
