If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. Recently traded a mint McLaren 600LT for a Ferrari 458. Asked the sales guy very specific questions about the car and was completely mislead and lied to so that they could get the car sold. Really disappointing for such a high dollar car purchase. Things wrong with the car: headliner, sticky buttons, passenger seat torn apart, clear coat peeling on the front bumper, clear coat peeling on rear quarter panels, passenger door card. This was the best dealer buying experience i have ever had! Nick was amazing at communicating with me while I purchased a bmw completely online. He was very nice, allowed some negotiation on price which is the best way to sell a car btw, and completely transparent with no hidden fees or add ons. If your looking at buying a car from USI, DO IT!
