She's a good pediatrician, but the appointment scheduling and organization are awful. They notify you minutes before appointment changes and then brazenly expect you to be at the office in 20 minutes without considering the drive you have to take.
Called to see what their process was for establishing care as my wife is 20 weeks pregnant and I’d like to start the process of finding a pediatrician. Was surprised and disappointed to find that they don’t schedule any appointments until after the baby is born and I’d have to call back after that. I don’t have any interest in waiting for the baby to already be here to meet their doctor for the first time
