It is part of my job to arrange transportation for patients. I have always found USAmbulance to be professional, trustworthy and courteous. I can think of many times their EMT’s have gone above and beyond for the patients they are transporting. I know when I am sending someone’s Mother, Father or Grandparent with USAmbulance they will always be treated with kindness and respect and that means a lot to me.

For anyone looking for a private ambulance service, or for hospitals looking for a company to transport their patients, I 100% recommend USAmbulance. I work at UC Medical Center and I coordinate discharges for our patients. My first call is always these guys. They work tirelessly everyday to make sure our needs are met, and they will always try to find a way to make a transport work. Whether it’s long distance, a residence, or a bariatric they have you covered. Steve, Angel, and Jason do a wonderful job!!
