I spoke Sindy today to renew my policy and she helped me for a hour finding me a new policy to get an ever lower bill then i was already paying! she was very patient and nice and helped me so much and got me a new policy and i now pay $100 less for car insurance each month!!!
Kudos to lillian martinez zamora A manager at freeway insurance 430 Green Springs highway. She gave awesome customer service with an issue that I had with my insurance. Since May 2026, she expedited my issues within 30 minutes of me contacting the company seeking manager assistance. I had contacted the company since May 2026 When the issue arose with promises from associates that 3 additional managers will contact me back with assistant.
