Steve Rusk was very responsive to the water intrusion situation in our basement. The source/cause of the water intrusion was not obvious and Steve went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. He designed a comprehensive plan to remedy the problem and was able to have the work completed quickly. I first used USA Waterproofing in **************************************** my house. We lived in the house until 2023 and never had a problem. After about 7 years a check valve failed and I called them and they came out and replaced it at no charge even though it was out of warrantee. Fast forward to now. My son's house had a horrendous flooding problem with approximately 2 inches of water coming in every day. USA was excellent. The price was as quoted, no upselling. They showed up on time, completed the project on schedule. They were very neat and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend them.

Had sump discharge rerouted below ground to downspout. USA was efficient and fairly priced given I� m a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
