I had my appointment yesterday with Dr. Louis Viamontes, and I left very disappointed. The staff and the facilities are okay, but the waiting time was excessive—I spent two and a half hours there, even though I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. This company uses coercion to sell added services. They ask unnecessarily invasive questions to give appointment. They confirm appointment over and over, giving unneeded info each time. Once there, you find out after waiting a half hour in an empty waiting room, that they add an obligatory ultrasound and consultation and you can’t get service you paid for without more time waste.
