Terrible experience. Take your business some where else. I dealt with the Pompano Store. They say there will call you with order information, but do not. You cannot call them as your call goes into t voice mail box which of course is full. You must drive to the store to find our the delivery they told you they would receive is not there unless is the wrong product. Customer service is very very bad. Any other vender has to be better than this one.
Don't even think about it! - just move on ... why take the risk and aggravation and put yourself though nothing but headaches and poor responses???
All I can say Lousy Management, Lousy service. Don't waste your money there!!!
I can not say anything pleasant about this store. Horrible service. The sales staff seems like they would rather be on Facebook than assisting customers and the management does not seem to care. Do yourself a favor and stay away from USA Tile and Marble in Doral.
5 stars hands down. Extremely knowledgable staff and excellent merchandise both in quality and quantity. We had help every step of the way and those who worked with us made it a point to answer any and all questions and check up on the installations very often to make sure everything had been done correctly and according our expectations. Definitely recommend this establishment.
A few months ago I purchased some granite for a bathroom remodeling in my house and there is no other place I rather come back to. Not only does USA offer a helpful staff and competitive pricing, but their selection is by far the most vast I have come across in South Florida. Mario.
People be aware that this store has an amazing showroom. Its big, has tons of options, and its easy to get great design ideas from there showroom. Also, the area is filled with other stores so its easy to bargain for price. We bought in usa bc they stayed competitive in price, they let us go to the warehouse and check out the stones... We thought the quality was good. Other stores just don't offer this service...
I was lied to by one of their sales reps. I was told I could buy a certain marble for 2 dollars a foot and when I went to pick it up at their warehouse I was told that tile was 3.85 per foot. 2 days wasted. If Nelson reads this I would like for him to know he and the rest of the rude sales reps lost more then a sale.
