Brandi, Assistant Manager, is a stellar representative. I spent (8) hours on my first day moving in and she gave me two bottles of water. The storage facility is very clean and it's nice that they have a bathroom that is clean as well. Again, Brandi is an asset to the company. Moved out 3_24/26. I met with Lori on a few occasions and the experience was always very professional. My entire stay at the facility was (5) stars. I would be comfortable referring family and friends to USA Storage.
She was very nice & easy to talk to we laughed and she helped me out so much this is a beautiful place !
I am changing my rating because of Lori. She is probably the most knowledgeable person in the Storage Industry I know. She is always willing to help customers and has amazing PR skills. If you need a storage place in Chattanooga I would recommend Lori and that facility over any storage place in Chattanooga. Just having Lori there to help you is worth storing at USA Storage Centers.
