If you want answers for your child I recommend taking them to a different doctor.. preferably a different state as this whole practice is full of incompetent people that can’t even return a phone call. For a year I went back and forth with this place over my child’s stomach pain. Her doctor insisted she was just constipated with some acid reflux. Pepcid and miralax were not helping her pain or throwing up so I called the nurses line a few months ago and she said “well what else do you want us to do for you?” I guess nothing ... read more

I received a text to the wrong number and when I called in to ask the lady if they could leave a note for the family to update their number, she acted as though I had just asked her the rudest thing possible. Idk I just feel like maybe you’d wanna make sure your patients are able to receive notifications and their private info not being sent out to random strangers. Praying I never have to bring my kid here.
