I scheduled an appointment to become an established patient. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Denise Carroll. Let me tell you, she was outstanding! Super friendly, made me feel as if we’d known each other for years. Extremely thorough by asking all the right questions, and giving me time to ask any I had. I was seen in a very timely manner, but didn’t feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new Gastroenterologist in or near Mobile, Alabama!
Have a colonoscopy schedule for today. Was told to be here at 10:20 and I am still sitting in the waiting room after noon. My one request when speaking to the doctor in the consultation is that they not keep me from eating the entire day before the procedure and then make me wait for a prolonged period of time prior to the procedure, as I am diabetic and get severe stomach sickness and headaches without food for prolonged periods. I scheduled an appointment after an ER visit that Monday. Thursday, the day of my appointment and after I saw Glass, I ended up back in the ER because she completely ignored my pain. Which was a 20/10. I ended up getting admitted to the hospital and stayed nearly a weak. I have had three C-sections. One of which was an emergency where I was cut open before the epidural hit.
