They never answer the phone or call back. I have been trying to get someone to give me results for 3 weeks now!!
I was confused the entire visit. Having a non verbal special needs young.daughter i have to relay my concerns for her. The Dr which this was our first visit came in didn't introduce himself just beginning scolding me about how I wrote her medications down on my pamphlet. He acted like he was scared to examine her. Seemed disoriented & confused, diagnosed her immediately & changed her meds. Acted as if my questioning him was bothering him. I will be trying to find someone a little more compassionate
Ridiculous wait time here. Dr Thakur is a great doctor however it makes no sense to give someone a 2:00 appt and then still waiting in the lobby and it’s now 3:30. The front desk staff is also very unprofessional no patients wanna come in here and have to listen to ghetto conversations from the front desk. It’s crazy. One star because you have to leave one and honestly they deserve less.
Kiko, sorry if I spelled it wrong, was a great nurse. Very kind, positive, and efficient. One of the best I’ve encountered thus far
