Please do not bring your family here my husband was in an accident and was brought here. The reason they have a one and not a zero is because of some of the nurses. He was sent upstairs with and unstable blood pressure that rose to stroke level never transferred anywhere for closer monitoring then sent home prematurely and ended back within less than 24 hours. My husband Larry Luker had surgery at Providence yesterday. Retina Specialty Group are the ones that operated on him they did a wonderful job.We were treat with such kindness and tender understanding. The nursing staff were awesome.At a scary time you made it bearable.Thank you and God Bless you all.

I took a horrible fall on April 5 and was unable to get up on my own. An ambulance transported me to the ER where I sat ignored by nurses staff for 15 laying on the stretcher with the medics. A rude male nurse finally came and put a wristband on me after grabbing my injured right arm. He told the medics to take me out to sit in the waiting room where I waited forever. Sitting in waiting room. Came in by ambulance, with high blood pressure and low oxygen. Cant even get an aspirin for this headache. I see why their rating is only a 2.4. If they dont have time for me maybe I could get a rain check. Clearly, I am not in danger, or they wouldn't have me sitting here for hours. Workers are pleasant, although I don't know how. This is a mess

Horrible experience . We did not find him to be professional at all. Traveled from out of area. Said I was there for 2nd opinion when I had not received 1st diagnosis yet. Condescending and insinuated my doctors are cowards and sent me to him so he could tell me nothing was wrong with me. I was sent by doctor for a muscle biopsy, not his opinion. Told me he was doing me a favor.

I want to give a special review to Maximus , he is an RN age (51) . He was so nice and patient with me the whole time. He talked me through all the test (Covid,flu&strep) and calmed me down because i was terrified of those test. Thank you max got being so kind & sweet. Also, staff worked fast, i wasn't there all night.

Quite possibly the worst hospital ever. My husband went in with severe side pain from trauma in that area. He was there for 7 hour, they only took blood. Because he was afraid of his spleen being ruptured, he insisted on a CT scan or ultrasound to make sure everything is ok. They wouldn’t do it, told him it costs too much money and they needed his bed.
