I had an appointment scheduled for Telehealth with Dr. Shiloh at 9:00am. I made sure that I had all of my medical records uploaded in advance to practice and I was promptly on time for my appointment. I waited for a hour and a couple minutes for Dr. Shioh to join the conference telephone appointment with me and he never joined.
