Got my dawgs today they're so very comfortable and warm. The only downfall is the kids sizes run big, I got my 6 year old daughter who is normally a size 10 the size 10/11 they're huge lol. Mine run true to size . Great quality just a little bummed hers are too big. Other than that I'll be ordering more for me .
Terrible customer service, and poorly made boots! My daughter ‘s new boot split apart, and they will not replace because I have no order number (the boots were a gift).
Well if you can even get your shipment after almost 2 weeks and that was shipping I paid for!!!
Had them a couple years ago loved them ordered 3 pair Dec 19 still waiting on them said they were on there way so ordered 3 more pair yea now I'm waiting on 6 pair 3 pair were Christmas presents granddaughters birthday Jan 11 hopefully they will be here by then
Shipping label created 5 days ago and package yet to be dropped off at fed ex do not waste your time with these people called customer service and they don’t even care said to just wait and if don’t get it in time I can just return it WHAT A CROCK Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
