Boots are comfy and warm, had a defective pair, they resolved it quickly by shipping me out a new pair and allowing me to donate the other pair which I think is fantastic!!!! Will definitely use them again!
I was able to purchase the 13 in boots when the deal was buy 3 for $35. My total for 3 pairs came to $40.99. I received emails confirming purchase, then confirming shipping date with tracking number, and delivery confirmation. My boots arrived in a little less than 2 weeks; I live in NY. I love my boots!! Sizing is perfect, I'm a size 6 and ordered a size 6, comfort and warmth is also a pro! Can't really beat it. � I'm a happy customer.
I just got my 3 pair in and I love them. Very soft, warm and comfortable and sized just right.
Took over 3 weeks to get my boots. As soon as I opened them the fluff was coming off cause they’re so cheaply made. Walmart makes better boots.
If I could rate you less than one star I would! I bought 3 pairs of boots and none fit. I've sent 3 emails, a Facebook message and called 3 times with no response. When I call the customer service phone number I get told this mailbox is full try again later. I've been trying to get a flat rate return label. Beyond disgusted! Will never do business with this company again!
