I bought 3 pairs of the 13” and love each pair! My blue ones was not sealed around the toe! Called them and right away sent me another pair! I fixed the blue ones, and gave away the new pair! I love my boots! I wish I would have gotten in on the sale for sandals! Next time! I will be ordering again! Thank you for the great service!
I purchased a pair of the Women's 3 Strap Sandals (PW38163) through the Sears Marketplace. When they arrived they did not fit even though I had ordered a larger size than I normally wear. I LOVE their Z sandals. I live in South Texas, so sandals are all I wear. I love the bright colors, they are such happy shoes. Order comes quickly every time!!!

The pair I ordered has a ton of glue in the heel, all up the inside of the heel. My feet and sock sticks to it. Otherwise comfy, but the glue makes it to where I can’t even wear them. Very disappointed.
