I drove from Madison, AL to this store and it was absolutely worth the trip. I bought our stroller, car seat, extra car seat base and nursery set from here. They had everything in stock which was very convenient. I really appreciated all the help and quality customer service.

Great store with great customer service! We drove from Madison to look at furniture and got there right before closing and found the perfect set! Chris loaded it for us and it was after-hours, he was SO HELPFUL and made sure our furniture would get home in perfect condition. Highly recommend this place for all your baby needs - especially furniture!
Totally rude! Asked a question about the Doona stroller and was scoffed at and told that I didn't want that because it was unsafe and bad. They are listed as a distributer of Doona's, so why would they be so rude about something they rep? Boo
The staff has been very helpful and they take the time to make sure you know how to work everything you purchase! Their selection is unbeatable and the attention and knowledge you receive here is top notch. We plan on continuing to shop with them for many years to come!

Great customer service until you pay in full. Now where's my furniture? I was promised a call from the delivery contractor within 5 days. Crickets. Now I'm told he will call at his convenience and they have no control over when it's delivered. Sorry, who works for who? I can't shake the nagging feeling that I've been taken and will never see this furniture. When paying premium prices you expect premium service, up to and including delivery.
