Total scam, Tech's arrived one hour late and wouldn't honor advertisement, a total waste of time..
We have been doing business with USA Air Conditioning since we moved here in 2018. We have been very impressed with Stephan Gitaeen, an experience, knowledgeable and very personable technician ( he is a project manager for the company). We recently had an issue and reached Stephan after hours. He was able to help us trouble shoot over the phone and reached out to his scheduling people to get us an appointment the next morning for a more permanent fix. Awesome Customer Service! Sales Rep (AvilShay) arrived promptly to assess situation and write a detailed Estimate. The Price was fair and the Service was swift. Installers (Eve & Patrick) arrived on following day to install a first rate HVAC System. The installers were professional and efficient. Excellent Job!
We had a new 3.5 ton air conditioning unit installed by USA Air on April 30 th after agreeing on the terms two men came and did the installation they were very professional and friendly they did not stop until the job was complete they were neat and cleaned up when complete they took with them all the old parts and we had nice fresh air the same day
