I am very disappointed with this company that was referred to us by FPL Home. Agent Simon came out and quoted us a whole new system, inside, outside units, and installing a new Return Grill. Installation was done next day. This was over a month ago and the installation still has yet to be completed. We are still waiting for them to install the Return Grill and filter. SCAMMERS, WAS TOLD I NEEDED A NEW HEATER, AND BLOWER NEEDED TO BE ACID WASHED, CHARGE $1,100. second company said there was a loose wire that needed to be connected to heater. charge $100.00 TOTAL IDIOTS OR CROOKS.

I found this company through an internet ad for duct cleaning services at $78. The technician/sale person Kobi Ezra arrived to my home yesterday assessed my vents and told me they are fiberglass and he could not clean them, but rather would propose a service for about $2,500 to seal the ducts to avoid asbestos from going through my home, sanitize and install UV lights. I did not call USA Air i contracted with Milestone to do clean my A/C and so other work and USA Air showed up the day of the A/C Cleaning. They took my Air Handler apart and cleaned the Coil, Blower and vents and sanitize the air ducts.Bottom Line they removed Coil and Blower and then put it all back together, that was Saturday. On Monday my A/C stopped working so I called Milestone as they wee the original contact. **Scammers** I have a 5 year maintenance contract with them (paid in advance). Technician hasn't been at my home for more than a year even though the contract states that 2 services a year are included. The technician doesn't flush the line nor replaces freon and wants to charge for it even though it is stated on the contract. They only want to sell you services that you do not need and over priced.
