My father needed A hip replacement so I called Bath planet they came out gave us and rushed a shower grab bars for us so that my dad could take a shower they are a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anybody ***** *
I'm so happy we went with Bath Planet! Dylan was the first rep who came out to our house and helped us design exactly what we wanted. The installation went smoothly and the guys left the house clean and gave us a beautiful new walk in shower. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get their bath redone!
Bath Planet is not a bathroom remodeling co. They install expensive showers and baths. The work is sub standard. Installers work on an incentive basis. Faster they go, more they make. They will come back as often as needed to keep applying band aids to the mess. They will install dry wall. Then you hire other contractors, to fix it and paint it. Review all forms. expired insurance and ct. license documents.

We are very sorry that this has happened to your project. We did have complications with our glass manufacturer who did produce the incorrect glass door and fixed panels in the shower unit. We worked diligently to rectify this situation and completed it with the correct ones in the end. This is more a marketing company than home remodeling company. Sales staff are good sales people, but have no industry experience. If you want to see the truth look at reviews for Bath Planet, do not sign anything with these people, I was drilled with lies for 2 hours and when I did not sign I was insulted multiple times by sales person.

I have worked with many remodelers, and I periodically have just really nasty experiences. So I'm always a bit guarded when I speak with a new company. US Window & Door, who is a BathPlanet dealer, could not have put me more at ease. Their customer service is top notch, and I never have to wait long to get an answer to my questions or an update on a project we are working on. I heartily recommend them.
