the company was awesome! from start to finish the entire process was smooth as a whistle! our shower looks phenomenal. we ran into some issues along the way but Bath Planet was ontop of it and communicated everything with us. we would be more than happy to recommend them!
We had a walk in shower installed in May of this year, nothing but problems. Leaks, unlevel door, mold growing in caulk. They have been back for 5 service calls and the caulk has been replaced twice due to the mold. To this day I still have ripples and blobs in the caulk that was recently reapplied. I would not recommend this company to anyone to do anything. One of the service technicians that has been sent out 3 times is supposedly the service supervisor. One star is too much for this company. They were a complete disaster to work with. There was one disaster after another. The work was sloppy. A three week job ended up being 2 1/2 months. Their subcontractors were also incompetent. Our heated floor will never work. Electrical Work that was done need to be redone again by a licensed electrician. The drain under the shower was not connected so the first time we used the shower water poured down into our dining room, damaging the ceiling extensively. The shower nook was put in ... read more
Out of 4 quotes they were the most cost affordable by far. All companies had the exact same selling points and bath planet came out about 3 weeks after the salesman Dylan quoted the job and did the work in one day. There were a few extra modifications that were needed and the installers handled perfectly. I actually gained a couple friends through this entire process and a bathroom shower that's amazing. Ty guys!!
Bath planet did my mother’s bathroom and did a fantastic job! She was having trouble stepping over the tub and bath planet put in a nice safe low barrier shower with grab bars! Highly recommend 10/10

We had our whole bathroom redone by Bathplanet couple of years ago and they did an awesome job! We were extremely happy with them. But now the chaulk had a yellow coloring. I called them on Tuesday and they were here promptly on Thursday. Did a beautiful job fixing our problem. The serviceman did a great job. Would definitely recommend "Bathplanet".

These clowns started a “one day job” back in August. Mind you, they were supposed to start in June. June. Well, we’re here in January 2022 and we are still waiting for them to finish. They don’t keep in contact with us, won’t give us our money back, and -worst of all- they won’t finish the job!!!! They keep saying “we’ll come out on xx date.” They either don’t show up, call and cancel the day of, or show up with broken. Damaged, or incorrect materials. They never finished the job I paid them for. I paid almost $9,000 for a bathtub. I’ve owned by home for 17 years and it could finally remodeled my bathroom. The owner Joe and his son of the same name, were very charming in the beginning. However, after I paid in full, Joe Sr. was always too busy to talk to me or hear my concerns. Bath Planet did an incredible job installing our new bath/shower! They were easy to communicate with, had affordable products and did great work! They were able to schedule the installation just a few weeks after the consultation which was amazing! They got the installation done in just a day and even removed and disposed of the old tub for us! The end product is gorgeous and if we ever need services like this in the future we would definitely work with this company again. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!
