I have tried repeatedly to contact the VA regarding a chairlift that was installed. The number I was given rings forever with no answer, Now I have been informed that the guy is on vacation. So why is this number NOT answered??? This is not acceptable. This has happened on many occasions. I will be writing the local paper and posting about this incompetence. .
I LOVE Volunteering at the VA! Everyone is kind, compassionate and have such a great communication style with the Residents as well as the Volunteers!
the staff of CLC and the Marion VA went above and beyond to our family. They treated our family top notch. The family Michael Wayne Workman appreciates all that was done for us.
Very clean, quiet in the middle of the night. Very nice people in the ER. Needs a buzzer or something to let people know you're there! Waiting room sparse.
They are very good at making you feeling like you are a priority. Respiratory took Good care of fitting me with my CPAP mask and showing me how to use the VPAP machine. They have a Very kind and carrying staff.
