Contacted this dealer about a 2022 Mustang Mach-E and mentioned I had a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan to trade. Ali quoted $6,000 for my trade-in. When I told him CarGurus had offered significantly more, his response was essentially “go sell it to them then.” No attempt to negotiate, no explanation of why their number was lower, just a dismissive attitude.
