The absolute worst experience as I went and bought this car i put 5,000 down and I got the extended warranty. The car had 50,000 miles and was really really clean. I looked under the hood and didn’t second-guess anything three days later the alternator goes out. I called them and he tries to calm me down, and he has me get it towed from my own AAA to a local mechanic. Carros Baratos was amazing. One of my delivery truck transmission blowed and i needed a replacement FAST. Visited several dealers around OC and they all looked and acted like crooks. Ended up at Carros at 5pm and they had a nice Ram van with low miles for a good price. I explained i needed the van for the next morning, and i'll be back around 10am with the cashier check.
