My daughter went to our storage unit today & a RAT was in there. Her things are COVERED in rat feces. She was advised that the insurance only covers up to $2500. HER WHOLE HOUSE IS IN THAT UNIT!!!!! We are SOOOOOO MAD!!!!!!!!

Get prepared for them to raise your rent by 10% every four months. I’ve never seen so many rate increases from a storage company. After six months of being a customer they raised the rent by 15%. I asked them to reduce the rate by 5%, which they agreed to. And then four months later raised it back to that 15% again. Who knows when they’ll raise it again because they won’t agree to any kind of commitment on raising the rent on a schedule. Extremely disappointing. I’ll be looking for another storage solution.
