We were able to reserve our 10X10 storage unit, complete all the paperwork and finalize the process all on the phone. Very good process despite the Covid-19 while practicing 'social distancing'. Very pleased with the process.
The experience was flawless and the staff was very cordial. I was walked through: 1.) how to enter the facility; 2.) where my storage unit was; 3.) how to use the lock. Easy peasy.!!!
Inspite of all the chaos going on with this Corona virus, the young man who assisted me with my 2 outside 10x20 units, was very professional. I’d gone to several storage facilities and these units, surprisingly, were very clean! There was no mold or mildew. The ceiling wasn’t falling down. There was no signs of rodents or feces from them. No ants, roaches or spiders either. The units have easy access and plenty of space to move around in.
