Very accommodating. I reserved a unit, thinking I would need it after a move. I didn’t, and was granted a full refund a day after booking the reservation.
If i could give this dump a negative rating, i would. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING HERE!!! The place is infested with rats ( see pics of the droppings everywhere), has zero security ( not a single working camera). I left ALL my lifelong valuables in a unit here only to find my unit completely cleaned out. When i asked the front desk woman where my things were, they knew of my locker being robbed ( for 1 week) and had not made me aware of it.
