My experience was horrible at this location and I’m getting the run around no matter how many times I reach out. My storage unit was broken into and my valuables were taken this has been an emotional and traumatic experience I pray what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else.They say they have cameras but the lady advised they don’t work and she has been advising them to get more for months. RecommendedYou guys are GREAT!!! From start to finish, accommodating the parking of the big rig making our delivery to choosing units close to unloading area and increasing the number of units rented to 4 although our reservation was only for 2. Thank you guys for making our experience stress free!

Provided 4 units in close proximity to our unloading in spite of the fact that we had only reserved 2! No hassle all day long and we were there for nearly 9 hours unloading and organizing units. Cost effective, friendly, courteous and professional service, no hassle move in! I highly recommend these folks and appreciate all of their efforts to accommodate us!

I feel very comfortable and safe at my US Storage facility, I have been back and forth for years because of lifes problems, I have always found patience and concern according to my needs.
