Since October I have filed a claim, which they stated would be resolved within 8 weeks. I called in Jan to follow up, no answer back as to what’s going on, called in Feb spoke with manager. He stated would have a area manager call me back, never happened. I have called back 6 times since February to get this expedited & have someone call me back which hasn’t happened. I asked for my storage unit to be credited since it’s taken so long which Carlos in Nashville said can’t do. So it’s been a circus of no communication & lack o... read more

RecommendedClean units, nice employees...frustrated that I was never refunded late fees when I clearly had attempted to (and believed it had gone through) sign up for auto pay.
