It was all positive, Kevin helped and it was obvious he was extremely experienced. Very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, friendly, professional and is truly concerned that the customer is satisfied and understands the contract. Since October I have filed a claim, which they stated would be resolved within 8 weeks. I called in Jan to follow up, no answer back as to what’s going on, called in Feb spoke with manager. He stated would have a area manager call me back, never happened. I have called back 6 times since February to get this expedited & have someone call me back which hasn’t happened. I asked for my storage unit to be credited since it’s taken so long which Carlos in Nashville said can’t do. So it’s been a circus of no communication & lack o... read more

I really like the storage, you have an excellent employee at the office. (Rita) I felt like family. Not often we have a deal like I had in this storage.

Clean units, nice employees...frustrated that I was never refunded late fees when I clearly had attempted to (and believed it had gone through) sign up for auto pay.
