There is just absolutely no need for the level of disrespect displayed by folks working in places of importance. The lady whom said her name was Chris was beyond disrespectful. When i told her it was uncalled for she accused me of being angry. I guess thats how she covers up her attitude. Rude would not describe her. People come in there looking for assistance. They do not deserve disrespect for what ever the reason.
Best to skip this office, find one at another local city.
Robot instead of a person for the local office
Went there today to get a new social security card, I accidentally got the wrong last four digits and the lady there was acting so rude for no reason, like people can make a small mistake, doesn't mean they got some fake identity. Plus she acted racially profiling, if you can’t handle people of different race or a small mistake people make, then don’t work there, better yet just retire, Jesus Christ
I've been in there multiple times to report my wages and that I'm employed and working, and of course it's never updated whatsoever on the webportal to say that I'm working so I can report my wages online, so once again I'm going to have to go in and report in person which I don't even know is going through or not!
