I've been in there multiple times to report my wages and that I'm employed and working, and of course it's never updated whatsoever on the webportal to say that I'm working so I can report my wages online, so once again I'm going to have to go in and report in person which I don't even know is going through or not!
So there is a man that work in front, that should keep his opinion to his self. He was very disrespectful to my mom, acting like he make the decisions on ssi. Your there to to help people not push people away. If he can't help people and guide them to right stuff to do, then he needs to find another job.
I've been on hold for 1:59:26 minutes. No option to get in a queue for a call back. No answer and they are closing now.
Easy to find, adequate parking and seating once you're inside. They're very helpful. Bathrooms for clean. And if you need to call back they always make sure to call you back
Very friendly personnel. We had a short wait to get our New ID driver's license. While there, some people were experiencing problems, but the clerks tried to explain that they didn't bring the proper paperwork with them. The staff was very patient with everyone. Overall, great experience.
