"VISTA APARTMENT 2805 N47TH ST PHILADELPHIA 19131" This apartment has the best view and is at the most convenient location. I have lived at this apartment for a few years and witnessed a steady decline, the Vista is poorly maintained, everything breaks!!! The elevators are often down for several weeks at a time and there is constant electrical problems with no backup generators. It's crazy they only have one person to contact to take care of outstanding balances and this person seems to be busy ALL THE TIME! Please take on more employees!! You never know when someone needs to take care of a balance or other things ASAP.
Terrible management company. I live in one of their complexes in Birmingham, AL and about a week ago I went to my bedroom from my living room around 10:30pm to go to bed, I woke up at 1am to get some water and realized my apartment door was WIDE OPEN with a set of keys in the door. I was freaked out/scared after that. The next day I addressed with the complex and they let me know that the keys belonged to maintenance, and did not seem concerned and they were not apologetic AT ALL about the situation. If I could give them negative 20 stars I would. This is by far the worst management company in the world. I feel like they are specifically trained to treat people very unprofessionally and steal from residents because they think they can get away with it. Its best to never rent anything from them because they are scum. Michael Simpson is the worst property manager I have ever come across and so is Joy with her dishonest ghetto self.
