Staff is friendly thats the only reason they get 2 stars The lack of beds or options other than recliners is not good considering the health state of people needing dialysis. Not everyone can handle the recliners for 4 hours. They need more options to stay in line with ADA and reasonable accommodations. Also if you request to leave US renal to go to a different dialysis company they will stall. Go to where you want then have them ask for a transfer.
