Terrible customer service, I purchased a rack and needed a replacement part, after several promises to get back to me I guess I just have to give up.
We recently purchased a Schooner Extra Wide Stake Pocket Rack (July 2017) from U.S. Rack. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the courteous and timely execution of the transaction. We live in Pennsylvania, while U.S. Rack is in California.
