We got new counter tops from Home Depot, and US Plumbing was contracted by them to uninstall and reinstall our plumbing (sink, disposal, and dishwasher) before and after the counter work. On the uninstall date, the USP men arrived promptly, were quiet and courteous, and finished their work quickly. On the reinstall date, the plumber they sent took 2.5 hours to complete his job, at least 45 minutes of which he spent on his cell on a personal call.
