Sewer replacement failed after 12 years because the owner refused to dig all the way to the sidewalk and screamed and yelled profanities at me when I insisted it wasn't complete. I quote without the dirty language, "You'll never have a problem with that I guarantee it". 12 years later my yard is being dug up again to replace 5 feet of old sewer pipe due to their incompetence.

suppose to be here at 8:30 - now almost 9:30 and not here - no call or anything-didn't show up until 5:15 and was too late at that point - had another appointment - never got the work done -- which now has complicated/delayed other things I was planning on getting done, would not call them again

Called on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled the visit for Sunday. The crew showed up on time and within 30 seconds of looking at the 90 degree elbow in the wall under the sink that was leaking he said, "Not a problem will have it fixed shortly". Highly recommend US Plumbing.
