First time client, I got a gel pedicure today, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. They didn't have the first two polish colors I wanted, so I chose a different one. The technician grabbed the wrong color on the second time, and started applying it before I noticed. I had to stop her and point out that it wasn't the color I had selected. I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. I asked for sns with tip french tips and showed 2 different employees the inspo pic I had, and neither one told me that wasn’t obtainable with sns, just looked at it and said “okay” with a nod. When it came to the part where they dip into the white powder they made it completely straight, and i voiced that i wanted it more curved like my inspo picture, and then that is where I was told I can’t get a curved french with sns and that it had to be done with gel polish. Ive been going here for years now. Leo always does the best job ever and he’s quick. Henry is also super nice and professional. They both make coming to the salon so fun. 10/10!!!

Omg, a friend gifted me the opportunity to go here. Mei took awesome care of me and did a great job. It's been a day and I'm still looking at my nails! UPDATE : I have been going here for over 2 years now and will continue to do so. Mei & Man typically do my nails and are always a joy to work with.
