I had an appointment at 9:30 am. I arrived on time and the front desk staff got my chair ready. I waited until 10:10 and finally left. They clearly overbooked, which I could understand but no one apologized for the incon

They charge you $15 extra for what they consider chrome but it’s really a pearl that they put over your nails. There’s no shine to it. It looks exactly like they put nothing on it. Also, she didn’t tell me about it so my nails were almost $100 and they kinda are chunky and boring. Literally go anywhere else. Not worth the money and they should tell you ahead of time that they’re charging Like an extra $20

Have been coming here for pedicures for several years but leaving my first review because the lady in the chair next to me today was so meanie and rude I felt inspired. I’ll preface this with saying you must enter a nail salon (or maybe any busy place where a service is being provided) with an open mind and a lil bit of grace. If you are a walk-in, you will probably have to wait, and if you have an appointment you may also still have to wait sometimes. Do not go here. Not only did the technician learning to do nails take HOURS and had to be fixed by another technician but they also used MMA which is extremely harmful and toxic and illegal to use! I went to another salon to have my nails removed and it was so sticky it took forever for her to remove it and it left residue everywhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS SLAON!
