This used to be my go to place. I never complain about anything. But my eyes were literally watering almost in tears leaving bc of what happened and how they left my thumb nail. The place has gone really downhill. Unfortunate. The guy was on his phone the whole time and left without a word to have someone take over- she even said it was too short but too late? Just left after getting my daughters nail done for homecoming, the girl rushed through them, the are crooked and not even the right shape. They charged us 113 dollars for a basic pedicure and sns nails with almond shape. We had to go somewhere else to have them try and fix this monstrosity. While we were waiting at the other place she noticed the and already cracked. My daughter cried as soon as we got in the car. This place needs to be shut down!
I went to us nails to get a full set of nails done. Haven't had my nails done in a very very long time I was paired with Mia and she does amazing work. I will be going back to her ever month from here on out.
