Didn’t schedule they way they said they would. Making me go back too many times
Very clean facility, left with a CD of x-ray of my arm (due to HIPAA regs, they can't email to you but can also send to your doctor). Doctor referral is required in advance to get X-rays or MRIs at Rayus. They are very low cost once that is done however. S. Ogden, Utah location is easy to get to, modern facility. Done in 20 mins. X-ray tech was professional and charming.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting a brain MRI. My first scan sent me home due to my claustrophobia. My doctor recommended open imaging and I was worried but when I arrived I noticed it was very open and the face shield had a mirror to look through to see my feet. My peripheral vision allowed me to actually see some of the surroundings. I highly recommend some easy listening music. I did take Valium but I think I could have done it without the meds. Very friendly technicians as well.
Please note, this review is not about the facility or any individual employees (who were lovely) but the coporation and practices which are bordering on deceptive. I went in for a $333 MRI and got a bill for almost $2000. Make sure you ask if the imaging comes with the radiology report and if not what is the total cost. You may think you are getting a good deal here, like I did. But you will be shocked by the radiology report costs. You can always just get the imaging and upload them to AI if you want to save money. Went in for the first time for an appointment and was greeted very cordial. Cat at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Walked me through the whole process and made it stress-free. She was awesome and pleasant to work with. Facility was well kept and clean, easy to maneuver and find my way. Overall a great place!
