Do not use Weed Man located at 8800 Airport Highway in Holland Ohio, they serve the surrounding areas. Very rude individual answered the phone, when I tried to pre-pay for 2021 and only wanted the weed control package and not the fertilization. He kept asking me why and wouldn’t cancel the fertilization portion. When I told him if I couldn’t select the package I desired I wanted to cancel everything he slammed the phone down on me. Spent 70$ on mole control and nothing changed, will not do that again. Only slightly pleased with my lawn, not as lush or green as neighbors who use different company.
The manager is rude and obnoxious! I believe his name is Tom! My grass was ruined by over fertilization early on and they agreed to fix it in September. Tom now says I'm fired as a customer which is hilarious because I am the person paying for their services. He says they aren't repairing it, even though they damaged it. I should have went with a more reputable company, such as LandArt, Black Diamond or TruGreen. Stay away from this company because their work is atrocious!
I love working for this company it’s family owned and operated. The technicians are the sweetest guys I know. Speaking of “know” they really know their stuff! We really strive for the best in customer service! Our office staff is outta this world! We try our absolute best to take care of each and every customer we have! Give us a call if you’re looking for great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a second family!
I just received a very harassing phone call from them where the girl refused to take us off their call list until she talked to my husband even though she's calling my cell phone. Not a business I'll ever be interested in working with.
