What a great family to do business with. Went in this morning to look at a riding lawnmower they had posted on fb. I'm sure some of the questions I asked were quite silly but he answered them and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier with the price we settled on and the riding lawnmower. They delivered within an hour of buying. They took good care of me and I would recommend them for any of your lawn care needs or services. Now, I can't wait for my husband to get home to see his new ( new to him)mower.
Just purchased the eXmark S-SERIES 50” mower. Easy to use and cuts mowing time by half. Great customer service is what sold me. I highly recommend Jerry’s Lawn Mower Sales and Service. ��
Brough an edger with a bad carburetor. Was quoted a fair price. Found that it was another issue and fixed it accordingly. Could have easily charged me the price quoted but did it for $100.00 cheaper! Thank you Jerry’s staff for the the honesty and integrity that you have always provided me.
I carried a go kart in for Jerry’s to service the transmission. I called them back about a week later they said they could not get it cranked and it would be $200 to get the engine to crank. I explained to him that it was running just prior to bringing it there. I checked online a brand new carburetor for that cart was around $40. After several weeks and no work from them whatsoever they charged me $75 to allow the car to leave their premises.
Looking out for the best interest of the customer, I appriciate them and all the help theyve given to me! Genuine establishment!
Always trying to pad the bill. Took a 2 month old weedeater back to them to warranty the head. After telling them to just fix what's covered under warranty, i pick it up with new air filter, spark plugs and their famous "carb cleaning" added to the bill. After arguing with these crooks I was able to have them remove the new parts and install the old ones.... ran like new.
I bought a new 60" Exmark Quest from this establishment a few days ago and was very satisfied with my experience. As soon as I walked in I was met by three generations of people who have owned and currently run the business. I literally felt like family. I was talking to the grandmother for a while who by the way was awesome and was provided with a very informative history lesson of the area from the last 100 years.
