We spent over $700 and my mom still didn’t work I said bring it back they change the battery and charge me for the battery on the battery it was the engine in the barn didn’t even bother to check for warranty check for warranty I was $700 down the drain and still there’s no lawnmower to work never bring any of my equipment back there to them again

I would like to give a huge shout out to Johnny Favre for personally taking the time out of his busy schedule, not to mention it was late in the day, to get my generator running after hurricane Zeta. We were without power and he was truly a life saver! I would highly recommend Jerry's to anyone that needs new equipment or anything repaired. Sincerely, Bruce Young

Highly disappointed. 😡 These guys may be great for the corporate clients they have, but for us a little guys needing a lawnmower repair, run fast from Jerry’s (unless you like a complete lack of customer service, an indifferent attitude, and higher costs to repair from people you are paying). They are the best at all that stuff!

Mr. Powers We are disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. We looked over the repair order for your Honda mower trying to understand the issue. We attempted to call to discuss this with you, but you didn’t return our call. You brought your mower for a specific repair, we called you an estimate which you approved, we ordered the specialty Honda part and repaired your mower. Your final bill was within $9 of the estimate. Give those poor people their generator back. Charging 200 to do a diagnostic and then can’t get part in for two weeks. Let them find someone that can fix now, when they need it!!

Jodi, it’s unfortunate that you chose to give our business a bad rating judged on hearsay. The people you’re referencing weren’t charged a diagnostic fee, they were charged for the work we did - the work they requested when the generator was brought in. Secondly, we never said it would take two weeks to get the part. Unfortunately, we can’t stock every part for every generator. And, unfortunately, we can’t control the supply chain that has been greatly disrupted this year due to Covid and the many storms in our region. This ... read more

Brought a mower in for repair and got it back with a bad oil leak that wasn’t there before. Brought it BACK in and they refuse to fix what THEY broke! No concern for their customers whatsoever!!

Was suppose have my machines serviced Tuesday called back yesterday see if any progress been made none say they will have it fixed today call back today now they sayin it want be ready till next week like u should told me this the day I dropped it off want be back again ever .... 0 stars 👎🏾

Mr. Hollins, it’s unfortunate that you’re dissatisfied with our services. It’s the middle of the grass cutting season and our service department is busy, as you can imagine. You only brought your equipment in on Monday. Wednesday you called to explain that you’re a lawn service and even though we’re booked ahead 14 days and even though you didn’t purchase your equipment from us, we extended the courtesy to try to have your repairs ready sometime today. Had mower for 24 days( March 16- April 9), was told many different stories about why, when and where, don’t wast your time on this place, I usually try to support local, but I’m now driving over to pearl river because they are a TORO dealer as well. I am also a toro stock owner because I believe in their product, but maybe it’s not the product, but a mgmt ran problem.
