Arrived early on time to get ahead of the line. But at the time they were supposed to be open, absolutely no one was here and the lights were off. Not even the office on duty was here. I understand that this isn’t your normal retail business but since it’s government building dealing with people’s finance you’d figure they’ll be someone who arrives early
The worst experience I've ever had in any kind of establishment. Karin/Karen/Carin, whatever the old lady's name in the office is, is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She's definitely a person who gets a little power kick out of having the upper hand over people. She was insulting, rude, and unhelpful. I'd rather drive 3h to another office than ever set foot in the Appleton IRS building again.
The women in there very rude, she is short and is of older age. she is a very very rude women. hopefully she not there next time i come.
