Rude, disrespectful, & bullish.. I just needed a quick print-out of what I owe - and this older lady comes out and basic shouts at me saying I, "...need an appointment because we gave to do 'this, this, this & this' to get you printout. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I feel sorry for the security guard who has to deal with that bulldog that sits on her arse in the back all day. What's the point of the phone number if you can't even get a hold of a person no wonder they have like a one star review lol its sad that a burger shack can have a better review and better service than this place
The lady there is very rude and disrespectful to the guests that walk in. She doesn't greet anyone with respect and frankly I think I can speak for the vast majority of others that have witnessed the same. I think she needs to find a different job maybe McDonald's would suit her well.
Terrible customer service- the guy working is very rude! Would recommend any other location! Does not help at all with any questions- even if no other customers, he refused to answer questions on how to do anything. He should be fired for how rude he is..
