Super easy to make an appointment and when I got there, Ms. Kilishek was SO helpful on getting forms corrected!
Just a terrible experience dealing with people here. Rude. Don’t care. Wasted trip even stopping. Unfortunately trying to deal with IRS by phone is equally as unproductive. Hard to understand how they operate.
The officer working was fine. He was pleasant, professional, and did his job but the lady working behind the desk - are you kidding me? She is quite possibly the nastiest, laziest, and rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe her attitude and behavior.
