Would not recommend. They stated the garbage disposal was defective when in fact its the top of the line garbage disposal, Insinkerator Evoluation Excel that is ultra quiet and is in fact functional. At the very least please be respectful of other people's homes. US Inspect didn't clean up after themselves and left the floors dirty.
