RecommendedSo overall the service was really good and everyone was really nice. The only issue was the wait time and quite honestly is understandable given the whole issue with the pandemic.
The staff was friendly and professional. The nurses explained all treatment that was to take place, the doctor was patient and listened
The staff is really professional and very helpful they are very knowledgeable in their business processes. I recommend this one because I have the best experience here. But I've never had any problems with any of the Concenta facilities.

I was sent to Concentra by my work for screening. They were busy and it took a while, however the staff was very friendly. Kendra patiently explained the testing process to me. The front desk staff even let me take a magazine I wanted to finish. Their hospitality was appreciated! Would definitely go back.

My husband was brought here this morning from his job. It was super early and I know they were short staffed but they were all super friendly and efficient. The doctor even came out into the waiting room to explain everything to me. Very nice experience!
Was told I would not need an appointment for a routine drug screen. I have been sitting here for 90 minutes while everyone with appointments gets called back. Why do you allow walk-ins if the wait is ridiculous?
