I have called over and over to understand how I can get the correct maintenance on my system but service is nonexistent. Would not recommend.
I do not recommend this company. We hired them to install a commercial-grade parking lot solar structure, and we’ve experienced ongoing problems since the installation. The system has now been down for over three months, resulting in more than $8,000 in lost energy production. Communication is poor—emails go unanswered, and service only occurs after significant pressure, including legal threats. We receive no updates on repair timelines or resolution status. Called them out and they said they could fix my system. Kept charging me for labor and saying it was multiple different problems. They charged me $1200 dollars and my system still is not working. Will not respond to my texts.
