Absolute con artists. They sold my company an ice machine less than a year ago and will not service it under warranty. They charge $280 for each service trip to do absolutely nothing each time. The machine is still broken and I've paid them thousands in service that should have been covered by a warranty on a brand new machine. Avoid this company at all costs! My furnace was replaced last year by US Forced Air. I had very particular concerns about how and where the venting ran, and Thomas and his team went the extra mile to deal with my concerns. I highly recommend this company.
