U.S. forced air techs pulled off a miracle! I thought my 50yo furnace was kaput, but they fixed the fan bearings and replaced the old belt motor and managed to keep the ol’ lass going for a bit longer with some high quality repair, maintenance, and care about really trying for the fix first before giving up. A++
I initially had a frustrating experience with US Forced Air due to a scheduling and communication issue. However, the company owner personally reached out and made things right. He fit me in despite a busy schedule, resolved the problems, and had my system running the same day. I truly appreciate the effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted US Forced Air a week and a half ago to schedule service for our broken mini-split system, and spoke to Sue. When I called, I clearly explained the make and model of my system, and even the type of fluid required for the repair. Sue assured me that this would be taken care of, and that their technicians would be able to complete the necessary repairs durning my scheduled appointment.
