It's super awesome experience, with the US forced air really awsome to work..:)
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted US Forced Air a week and a half ago to schedule service for our broken mini-split system, and spoke to Sue. When I called, I clearly explained the make and model of my system, and even the type of fluid required for the repair. Sue assured me that this would be taken care of, and that their technicians would be able to complete the necessary repairs durning my scheduled appointment. Absolute con artists. They sold my company an ice machine less than a year ago and will not service it under warranty. They charge $280 for each service trip to do absolutely nothing each time. The machine is still broken and I've paid them thousands in service that should have been covered by a warranty on a brand new machine. Avoid this company at all costs!
