Everyone I have seen in the practice has been very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend USDH -Lansdale. Scheduling was extremely easy, being greeted Professionally and with a friendly demeanor by the front office was wonderful, Dr. Chan was on schedule to my appointment! Dr Chan took the time to allow me to explain my situation, answered each of my questions, with thorough information I easily understood. Lastly, Dr. Chan asked me to please follow up if there were any concerns and he would address them directly. Awesome Team!
New building, moving from medical campus. I have been seeing same doctors for years. I have severe reflux, as does my special-needs son. Procedures such as colonoscopy and endoscopy are done in Flourtown. I see a physicians asst and love her. She listens, provides medicine, and does an exam. This new office is clean, organized, friendly staff, and have rarely waited more than 5 or 10 mins before taken to exam room.
