My appointment went well; it was a routine check-up. Dr. Helms was his usual jovial, upbeat self, and I enjoy the interaction. His nurse/assistant and office folks were all friendly and helpful as well. I have relied on Dr. Helms for my dermatology needs for over 20 years.

You don't have to sit in the waiting room for a long time All of the nurses are wonderful and knowledgeable. Karen Branch is very nice, she is quick and great at her work.
She is always informative, through, and has a great personality, always with a friendly smile. Exceeds expectations 110% plus.
Took my daughter to see Karen Branch yesterday and all the staff was super nice. Karen was very knowledgeable and made sure she explained things so my daughter could understand and made her comfortable in an already kind of uncomfortable situation. Highly recommend her and the clinic both.
