Terrible – The first time I used this cleaners, I had to bring a shirt back - it didn't even look like it had been pressed, and the collar was a mess. I shouldn't have gone back after that, but I did because the price was right. Then an employee told me someone else picked up my clothes, when in fact, there hadn't even been anything dropped off that week. Then, when pants went missing, no one would take responsibility.
